The bane of my existence, the reason I breathe.

I've been thinking about writing a blog for a while. Not aimed at any particular genre or demographic, just a place where I can jot down my astounding philosophical thoughts on life. Ah also, I like to review stuff, I think I'm a bit of an expert on lots of things so there might be restaurant reviews and the like here. I always find it's hard to find good, meaningful reviews. And really, that's the purpose of the Internet isn't it? A collaborative, free information world where anybody can know anything. Well, that's my take on it anyway.

So why is this blog called 'nom nomz'? I like food. No that would be an understatement. I LOVE food. Love as in if I'm away from it for more than a few minutes I start to die a little. Love that I would walk a thousand miles for. Love that sucks at my wallet, my time, destroys friendships, breaks families apart, and yet I still come back for more. Mmm food.. So, though this wasn't really meant to be a 'food blog' as such, I'll be posting a lot about food. Well, as often as my wallet can handle anyway. Apart from that it'll be the kitchen sink, the larder and everything in doraemon's backpack along with it!!

[EDIT: In case you didn't know (wtf have you been living in a cave?) 'nomnom' or even 'omnomnom' is the sound one makes when eating. Well at least I make it when eating. Cows may also be seen to make this sound when ruminating. mmm... rumination...]
